How does one person, one account work?+
Identity verification checks whether the same identity has already been approved for another account. This supports one verified account per person; it does not mean every newly registered account has completed verification.
What can someone see when I share my stats?+
StatShare provides a summary of your platform history, including experience and dispute-history indicators, through a temporary code. It does not give the other person access to your full agreements or exact activity counts. You can cancel an active sharing code.
Can breaking an agreement affect my account?+
Dispute activity can affect platform standing, and platform rules can restrict participation. Pacten does not automatically determine that a promise was broken simply because someone reports it. The recorded details and dispute context matter.
Does verification or a good history guarantee a safe deal?+
No. They give you more context for your decision. You still choose whom to deal with and which terms to accept; payment, delivery, and future behaviour are not guaranteed.
Why use Pacten if I already have messages and receipts?+
Keep those as supporting evidence. Pacten adds a shared confirmation process, verified identity, shareable platform history, and participation rules around the agreement.
