Create an agreement you both understand. With identity verification, shared platform stats, and accountability beyond a single deal, Pacten helps you decide who to deal with—and makes how you participate matter.
Equipment rental
Knowing someone—or wanting to trust them—doesn’t always mean you understand the agreement in the same way.
You’re paying a deposit. Have you both agreed when it comes back and what could be deducted?
You’re starting a job. Does the agreed price cover the same work, revisions, and deadline for both of you?
You’re dealing with someone new. Have you both confirmed what will be handed over, when, and on what terms?
Make the details clear now, so you both have something to refer back to later.
Use Pacten where clear terms and knowing more about the other person both matter.

Agree on the deposit, handover condition, and return terms. Review shared history before handing over money or property.

Clarify scope, revisions, deadlines, and payment expectations. Give both people a commitment they can review and follow through on.

Agree on what changes hands and when. Keep handover evidence connected to the people and the agreement.
A rental, a service, a sale, or another commitment. Pacten guides you from the details to confirmation by both people.
Use a template or start your own agreement. Add responsibilities, amounts, dates, and the conditions that matter.
Invite the other person to read the terms. Clarify expectations together before either side commits.
Both sides confirm. Keep relevant evidence and updates with the agreement as you carry it out.
Once the details are on the table, the next question is who you’re making that commitment with.
Identity verification
Pacten checks identity during verification to support one account per person. Your participation belongs to a consistent identity, making it harder to leave a difficult history behind through another verified account.
Stats shared by the account holder
Users can share a summary of their Pacten stats through a temporary sharing code. Review their platform experience and dispute-history indicators, then decide whether you’re comfortable proceeding.
Pacten is built to make accountability carry beyond one agreement. How you participate can affect your standing and future opportunities on the platform.
Agreement details, updates, and evidence provide context for what each person committed to and what happened next.
Raise a dispute within the agreement so the issue and responses can be recorded together. A complaint is not automatically proof of fault.
Dispute activity can affect account standing. Platform rules can restrict participation, including creating new agreements, rather than treating every deal as a fresh start.
Show the real Pacten workflow here—from the first detail to confirmation, shared history, and accountability.
Replace with a 60–90 second screen recording. Use one sample rental or freelance agreement and no real personal data.
Use the same sample agreement throughout the sequence.
Show responsibilities, amounts, dates, conditions, and the invitation step.
Show verification status and the summary a user chooses to share.
Show updates, evidence, and where a disagreement can be raised and followed.
Create your first three agreements free. Paid plans start at LKR 500, with practical limits for occasional and frequent use.
Need only a few more? Add-on agreement packs start at LKR 100 and stay valid for 365 days.
See every plan and add-onIdentity verification checks whether the same identity has already been approved for another account. This supports one verified account per person; it does not mean every newly registered account has completed verification.
StatShare provides a summary of your platform history, including experience and dispute-history indicators, through a temporary code. It does not give the other person access to your full agreements or exact activity counts. You can cancel an active sharing code.
Dispute activity can affect platform standing, and platform rules can restrict participation. Pacten does not automatically determine that a promise was broken simply because someone reports it. The recorded details and dispute context matter.
No. They give you more context for your decision. You still choose whom to deal with and which terms to accept; payment, delivery, and future behaviour are not guaranteed.
Keep those as supporting evidence. Pacten adds a shared confirmation process, verified identity, shareable platform history, and participation rules around the agreement.
